The HeroFrame Design and System Programming

With your system, anything is possible. We offer a fully customised – and personalised – service to fit or retrofit the HeroFrame™ into your environment. The HeroFrame™ consists of a programmed RFID tag – one for each item you wish to activate – a HeroFrame™ surface, or ‘active zone’, and a 24” customised i-mac computer and screen. This active zone can be placed anywhere – from foot pads in the floor, to bench top surfaces – we’ll find the best solution for you.

Customising the HeroFrame™

The items you want to activate are tagged with a tiny RFID tag which is placed somewhere out of sight on the product, such as the underside of a mobile phone. Our HeroFrame™ active zone is then customised to fit any shape or size required. We can make a feature of it, branding it with your logo or tagline or hide it completely. While our standard screen size is a 24” flat screen monitor, this can also be customised to any size screen, wall of screens or projection – it’s up to you!

The standard HeroFrame™ is based on touch activation – that is, the tagged item is placed on or passed over the HeroFrame™ surface. But by customising our technology to meet your needs, we can offer proximity activation – that is, the screen comes to life when a tagged item comes into a defined area or proximity field.

The surrounding frame of the screen can also be customised to fit an existing design – or our own design team can work with you to follow your unique brand style.
